Neural Aspect Voice AI Platform Terms of Service

Welcome to Neural Aspect! By using our Voice AI platform (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

  • Service: The Voice AI platform, software, and related services provided by Neural Aspect.
  • User: Any individual or entity using the Service.
  • Content: Data, information, recordings, and any materials uploaded or processed by the User.
  • Subscription: Paid plan for access to the Service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You also confirm you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of your organisation.

3. User Obligations

  • Provide accurate information and maintain account security.
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable law.
  • Do not interfere with the operation of the Service, including reverse engineering or bypassing security features.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Access to the Service is subject to subscription fees as displayed during signup.
  • Setup fees and usage fees (per-minute) are billed as outlined on our pricing page.
  • Payments are processed via the methods provided in your account.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Term and Termination

  • The Agreement begins when you activate your account and continues until terminated.
  • Neural Aspect may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or non-payment.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation does not retroactively refund fees.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Neural Aspect retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including AI models, software, and content.
  • You retain ownership of your Content, but grant Neural Aspect a license to operate the Service.

7. Data and Privacy

  • Personal data you provide is processed according to our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
  • The Service is hosted on GoHighLevel’s infrastructure under the GHL DPA; GHL acts as our data processor.
  • You are responsible for obtaining lawful consent for any personal data you upload.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neural Aspect is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability for claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount you have paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will indicate the latest revision. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
